Here at Coleg Cambria, we are now looking for an Administrator to join us at our Deeside campus to support the External Funding and Employer Engagement teams.

Providing administrative support, you will be responsible for; word processing and typing, maintaining project records, completing forms, data copying, storage and filing, responding to enquiries, telephone calls and emails, processing incoming and outgoing mail, booking appointments and diary maintenance. You will also be involved in event planning, marketing administration and liaising with the team and businesses to post apprentice job adverts.

This role demands an individual who holds an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (or equivalent) and who has recent administrative experience in a busy office environment. We’d like you to be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as; Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint and be comfortable working with office equipment such as telephone systems, document scanning and data management devices.

Those who are familiar with and have experience of specialist IT packages will be advantageous, as will those who have worked in an education or training environment.

The ability to speak fluent Welsh is desirable.
